About

Why the Panther.
Why the Cinco Standard.

Panther sculpture

The Origin

A name carried forward. A standard rebuilt for the operational craft.

Panther Ops was inspired by Aly Simbulan's late father, Albert Simbulan — known to many as Asiong Cinco, and by his operational callsign, Black Panther.

The Panther became, in his life, a symbol of strength, leadership, protection, and reliability. The Cinco — the five — became the standard he held in every room he walked into.

Panther Ops carries those two ideas forward into a different discipline: operations. The same posture. The same standard. Applied to the quiet work of helping founders and organizations execute.

The Founder

Aly Simbulan

Aly is an operations professional with experience supporting founders, organizations, conferences, educational initiatives, and growing businesses across project coordination, event management, website support, systems implementation, and day-to-day operational execution.

Her approach is calm, structured, and quietly thorough. She doesn't sell a model — she partners with the businesses she works with and builds the support around what they actually need.

Panther Ops is the home for that work. Founder-led. Boutique by choice. Reliable by standard.
